First, fill out the Medical Intake Form. Once submitted, you’ll be directed to the online waiting room to begin your consultation. The doctor is available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm, except on holidays.

If you’re unable to have your visit immediately after submitting the form, a link to the waiting room will be sent to you via the Patient Message Portal for later access.

To prepare for your consultation with the doctor, follow these steps:

1.Complete the Medical Intake Form Online: Fill out your health history, upload a photo of yourself and your State ID, and enter your payment details.

2. Gather Medical Records: Bring any medical records related to your qualifying medical condition.

3. Use a Device with a Camera: Complete the form on a device with a camera, as you will be automatically directed to the online patient waiting room for your video telehealth visit with the doctor.

Telehealth visits enable patients to have a video consultation with a physician using a computer or mobile device. This convenient method allows patients to connect with the doctor from home. Once you’ve completed the intake form, you’ll be automatically directed to the online waiting room, where your telehealth visit will commence.

After your visit, look out for an email invitation to register for our Patient Message Portal, our main communication channel. You will be informed via this portal when to submit your application for a state license.

Remember, applications must be submitted within 30 days from the doctor’s signature date on your certification.

To apply, all patients must register and use the Missouri Medical Marijuana Portal (MMMP), accessible at mo-public.mycomplia.com

To complete your online application for a Missouri Medical Marijuana Card, follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Online Application: Link your electronic physician certification and upload all required documents to the application.

  2. Pay the Application Fee: An application fee is payable to Missouri’s DHSS. This is separate from GreenCert MD’s fees, unless you opt for Application Assistance.

  3. Understand Fee Details: Standard state application fee is $25, with optional fees for Patient Cultivation ($50) and Caregiver application ($25). Note: these are subject to additional processing fees and annual adjustments by the state.

  4. Payment Method: Fees must be paid using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. If you don’t have these cards, use a prepaid Visa or MasterCard gift card.

  5.  Accessing Your Marijuana Card: Missouri doesn’t mail physical cards. Approved patients receive an email with instructions to access their digital card online, which can be printed or saved. GreenCert MD offers professional card printing services.

Yes, your medical marijuana card is valid for three years. It’s advisable to start the renewal process between 30 and 60 days before the card’s expiration date. Our office will send you an email reminder when it’s time to renew.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive Application Assistance service. This includes paying the Missouri application fee and handling your registration on the MMMP.
