How much does it cost to consult a physician? Its only $99!
Is it hard to schedule an appointment? Not at all! Complete the Medical Intake Form, then when you submit all of the required information you will be forwarded to the online waiting room to start your visit. The doctor is available Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm, Sundays 12pm-6pm, excluding Holidays.
What is a telehealth visit? Telehealth visits allows patients to meet with the physician on a video call through a computer or mobile device. Telehealth is a convenient option allowing patients to meet with the doctor from the comfort of their home.
Can you help me apply for my card? Yes! We do offer a full Application Assistance service. This service includes the fee Missouri charges for your application. Our staff will register you on MMMP and complete all information on your application. You will be required to verify your email address in an email sent to you from MMMP. If you have already created an account on MMMP we will need your password for the account to complete your application. This is a service done on behalf of the patient so we will need to log in as the patient.
